(2) Tell me your parameters and I can set it up so that within 5 minutes of a new property meeting your parameters being entered into the MLS, you will receive an email with a link to all of the details.
Simply enter your address, verify some information about your home, and the software will analyze data from your neighborhood and give you an estimate of value. You will also receive a rental rate estimate.
A customized home valuation is just that, customized. Neighborhood Market Reports are awesome, but they lump all of the homes in your neighborhood into one to give you the average sales price. Most neighborhoods have different home styles (ranches, 2-stories, etc..), different size homes, three car versus two car garage and so on.
By filling out a form on this page, I can set you up with another personalized market report that just takes into account homes that are comparable to your own. This way, you can have a more accurate idea of your homes value.
I have spent 22 years in the Metro Denver area selling residential real estate and many of the homes that I have sold were “new construction”. In addition, I have fixed and flipped multiple homes. I also built my own home from the ground up. And, I double majored in Real Estate & Construction Management at the University of Denver.
